  • BOOKING FEES

    Every appointment at Oh Nails by Lauren requires a 50% booking fee, consultation form & consent form to secure your appointment. Your booking fee will automatically be deducted once your appointment is completed.

    Booking fees become non-refundable 72 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations & reschedules cannot be made 72 hours prior to your appointment without forfeit of your booking fee. However, if your cancellation or rescheduled slot is filled, your booking fee can be transferred.

    I know things crop up and unexpected life events happen, however, this booking fee is in place to protect my small business & to ensure it can keep running smoothly.

    Please note, if this booking fee is not paid within 24 hours, your booking will automatically be cancelled and your preferred slot may be lost.

  • BOOKING A SERVICE

    Please ensure you have chosen the correct service & tier of nail art 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you are ever unsure, please don’t hesitate to message me.

    All services will be invoiced at the original booking, unless the booking is priced less than the service completed, as this can have a huge impact for varied reasons.

    I will always try my best but please note that I won’t always be able to accommodate a change of service on the day.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do this with a minimum of 48 hours notice. In this instance, you will not have to pay your full appointment fee but your booking fee will be non-refundable.

    If you cancel/reschedule within 24 hours prior to your appointment, the full appointment fee will be due before being able to rebook.

  • RUNNING LATE

    I do get it, things happen!

    If you’re running late by more than 5 minutes, I kindly ask that you call or text to let me know. I have a grace period, however, this may affect what can be achieved in your appointment slot. If you are over 15 minutes late, without letting me know, unfortunately, your appointment will have to be rescheduled & your full appointment fee will be due before being able to rebook, as this classes as a no show.

    If I’m running slightly over, I will call or text you to let you know, as soon as I can.

  • NAIL REPAIRS

    If you have any lifting, serious chipping or broken nails, please let me know prior to your appointment so I can factor this in to your time. Nail repairs under 72 hours are free of charge, after 72 hours, nail repairs incur in a charge depending on the nature.

    The recommendation for time left between rebalances is 3-4 weeks. Nails left on for 6+ weeks will incur in an extra charge due to extra time taken to rebalance.

  • NO SHOWS

    No shows are simply not tolerated. If you do not show up to an appointment, without letting me know, the full fee of your appointment will be automatically charged & you will be unable to book any future appointments.
